To effectively onboard agency delegates onto the NSW project, a kick-off workshop was held from August 19th – 23rd 2024 in Abuja. The workshop was designed to introduce the project by outlining its purpose, scope, and goals while setting clear expectations for team communication and engagement.
The goal was also to ensure that all representatives from the various agencies were Aligned, Informed, Motivated, Engaged, and Equipped (AIMEE).
